Hi and welcome!

Our Sun Prairie Martial Arts school can certainly help you with those things. At first glance, most people think Martial Arts is a way to get fit and learn self-defense...which it is. But did you know...it's so much more than kicks and punches! Our students are amazed at how it truly enriches your life in ways most people are not prepared for.

These life-changing benefits are more "subtle" than the physical benefits you see from our classes. While we can see lean muscle forming, and feel the effects of cardio training within the first week, the benefits below are felt on a deeply personal level and have some phenomenal side effects.

Full On Focus

Martial Arts is a blast! You’ll learn all kinds of new and exciting skills and techniques like striking drills, defensive moves, and high-energy cardio drills. But... when you learn something new, you have to really focus on listening to the instructor, then perform what they taught you.

What’s cool is that this intense concentration naturally carries over into other areas of your life as you develop this laser like focus. It’s one of the best side effects of martial arts — many call it getting in the zone, unlocking your untapped potential, or peak performance.

Call it whatever you want, but one thing is for sure — you’ll learn how to focus your mind to perform tasks you once thought impossible.

Fitness at Your Level

No matter what your starting level is, each one of our students improves from where they were when they walked into their first class - from total beginner to elite athletes. We strive to make sure every class is loaded with fun and challenging exercises that work your entire body.

You’ll be so focused on performing techniques that some of the world’s top martial artists do, and having so much FUN, that before you know it, the class is over, and you not only learned powerful martial arts...

... but you got a GREAT workout, too. Shazam! Being physically fit boosts energy, mental clarity, and confidence as well.

Great FUN!

Ugh...fitness can be boring sometimes! Luckily, we’re working out like super-star martial artists. Learning to use our entire body to protect ourselves and our families. In our awesome classes, you’ll tighten up your core, gain lean muscle on your arms and legs, and have a blast. 

No two workouts are ever the same and we DON'T use military style yelling or body shaming… ever. We want you to have lots of fun here, and keep coming back. Plus, our instructors know they’ll get the best possible performance from you when you’re in a good mood. That’s when we’re at our best too. It’s a win-win for everyone! 

Both kids and adults work hard, and play hard.  Laughing and smiles are part of every class.
